Sotos Michael, a friendly and enthusiastic individual, proudly serves as the co-founder of Kross Coffee Roasters in Chania, Greece, and Kollaborative Coffee Roasters in Nicosia, Cyprus. With a genuine love for collaborating with kindred spirits and taking on exciting challenges, Sotos has found his passion in the vibrant world of Coffee championships. Having competed in 2014 and 2015, he not only enjoys the thrill of the competition but also delights in coaching and supporting fellow competitors. As an active certified sensory judge for the World Coffee Competition, Sotos plays a key role in shaping the industry he loves.
