Head roaster for the last 8 years in Kudu coffee and being also responsible for the green buying. At the same time I am an instructor for a coffee school. Previously worked like 12 years as a barista. Been a Barista Champion for my country in 2013 getting the 11th place in the World.
The last 7 years I support other to compete as a coach and been a champion’s coach 3 times. Nominated and elected in a previous board as a Communications Coordinator.
